MINI STRESS BUSTER CHAIR MASSAGE - Relieve tension in your shoulders, neck and back. The stress buster is a fun and relaxing introduction to massage or quick relief from pain. Fully clothed.
OUR SIGNATURE MASSAGE - Reduce tension, improve circulation and promote an overall feeling of well-being. Our Signature Massage is personalized to meet each individual guest's needs and preferences using various techniques ranging from Deep Tissue, Swedish and Neuromuscular to Myofascial and Cranialsacral. Moist heat packs and topical applications may be used to enhance the therapeutic effect.
AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE - Our Signature Massage customized with your choice of our own specially blended, organic oils from around the world to help aid in stress release, purification and mood enhancement.
STRONG HOUSE ORGANIC FACIA - A deep cleansing customized facial, including skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions, steam and massage. Perfect for Men, Women, and Teens.
EXQUISITE HEAD TO TOE TREATMENT - Begin face down with our warm aromatherapy towels on your back followed by our deep cleansing facial. Then enjoy a foot soak and warm hand paraffin while your feet are finished with reflexology.
SPORTS MASSAGE - For the serious athlete or weekend warrior this massage will increase flexibility and help flush lactic acid and toxins from overworked muscles. This massage can help speed recovery from injuries as well as improve workouts by increasing your flexibility and range of motion. To help in this process we will use some of our specially blended organic oils.
PRENATAL MASSAGE - A Must for Mom-to-Be. Relieve stress on weight bearing joints, reduce neck and low back discomfort and counteract the effects of edema. While lying on your side or face down on our specially designed pregnancy table, this gentle massage provides relaxation and our unique blend of oils will help reduce skin changes from pregnancy.
REFLEXOLOGY - Let your hands and feet be your body's messenger. A firm massage on points in the hands and feet that correspond to individual parts of the body. This treatment will relax and revitalize your entire body.
WARM PARAFFIN TREATMENTS - Soothing heated wax for arthritic joints and stiff muscles as well as intense moisture for chapped and cracked skin. Can be added to any treatment.
CRANIALSACRAL THERAPY - A gentle energy work that is soothing and calms the nervous system. Relieves headaches and reduces stress, the ultimate in relaxation.
THE TOTAL BODY STRETCH - The Aaron Mattes full body stretch technique targets each muscle group for maximum flexibility. Improves your performance from work to play.
THAI FOOT REFLEXOLOGY - This reflexology is used to promote circulation, increase energy and restore physical balance. With a focus on the feet and oils that reduce inflammation, this leaves your whole body feeling rejuvenated.
SPA HAND & FOOT TREATMENTS - The ultimate in hand and foot care. Begin with a warm aromatherapy soak, exfoliation for dry and cracked skin and hydrating massage. Finish with warm paraffin and organic nail oil to complete this fabulous service. No polish is used.
HOT STONE MASSAGE - Melt your sore muscles and warm your body with the deep penetrating heat of smooth stones designed to soothe and relax. This Swedish massage is a great way to unwind and complete your day.
ANTIOXIDENT BODY POLISH - A full body exfoliation with pure organic apricot kernels, followed by hydrating lotion high in antioxidants, this scrub removes dead skin cells and leaves dry flaky skin feeling soft & radiant.
