With extensive marketing and reservation services our "resort properties" division manages a vacation rental program which allows you to utilize all the resort benefits and privileges and offers the potential for you to receive rental income. Our rental commission includes:
- Preparing your home prior to renters arrival
- Providing fresh towels and linens at the renters request
- Cleaning the home after renters departure
- Marketing programs to generate potential renters
- Guest service, check in, reservations, telephone and administrative services
- Travel agent or reservation service fees
- Use of resort facilities and amenities
